CERTIFICATE OF TRANSLATION
Any documents submitted in Immigration Court or to USCIS that is not in English must be accompanied by an English translation and a certificate of translation executed by the person who did the translation. The party that is making the submission cannot be the translator and neither can an immediate family member or any person that is eligible to be a derivative beneficiary. Any other person who is capable of accurately translating the document may do so as long as they provide a certificate of translation with it.
